1. Use the executive dashboard daily: this-week deltas flag volume changes; breached and escalated counts flag service risk.
2. Review the Monday AI briefing for sector hotspots, major problems of the month and recommended focus areas.
3. Drill into Reports → Sector for what the IT industry faces; Reports → Handler for desk performance; export CSV for your own files.
4. Raise concerns through the supervisor / escalation officer / master admin — this account never edits tickets.

• Strictly read-only (enforced): visibility is total, action rights are zero.
• AI content is advisory only and always grounded in the desk's real statistics.
